A Wollaston Prism, or Wollaston polarizer is a polarization optical component consisting of two right-angle prisms with their optical axes aligned in orthogonal directions. Wollaston Prisms switch up the ordinary ray and extraordinary ray and symmetrically deviates them at the exit.
